在沙田"商務"有售, Junie B hk$100/4 books.  好適合初讀ｃｈａｐｔｅｒbook的小女孩. 不過我囡囡唔鐘意睇，佢的ｔａｓｔｅ是我估唔到的．　最好佢自己去書局慢慢睇．不過有些書局無得買．　Public Library 有好多書，　可惜很難成套睇，好多時都比人ｒｅｓｅｒｖｅ　左．

囡囡昨日己完成手上英文版的Geronimo Stilton. 她說好ｆｕｎｎｙ，但不是最好睇，　最鍾愛當然是ｒａｉｎｂｏｗ　ｍａｇｉｃ　ｆａｒｉｅｓ啦！是有ｗｅｂｓｉｔｅ，上綱查下啦！　Geronimo Stilton　有中文ｗｅｂｓｉｔｅ每本書有工作紙做，　可惜我個女中文奇差，沒法做．　

另有澳洲朋友介紹”The naughtiest girl．．． "by Enid Blyton 果套．　可以留意下．

I bought the Magic Tree House #1 for my son y'day. I read it to him last night, and he fell in love with it instantly. He was reading it by himself already this morning. Now he is chasing me for book 2. Thanks for the recommendation!!

那天經過吉之島,看見有Magic Tree House這系列的書賣,我隨手拿起一本好似係#3既來看,發覺都幾深,我囡囡就快6歲,現在看的是Oxford Reading Tree - Stage 7 & 8, 不知何時才可看Magic Tree House呢？請指教！

Hi Vanessamom,

I do agree with you that the series of Magic Tree House  is not easy for children who are too small.
I bought the series from #1 to #28, originally for
my younger son ( 8 years old ) yet he found not
that attractive with quite a lot of difficult words.
Yet I still encourage him to keep reading though
in a slow pace.  However my elder son ( 10 years
old ) likes the stories and can read without
difficulties.  He finished reading 5-6 books already
while his younger brother still reading the 3rd
book.

咁你細仔仔幾歲先開始睇第一本Magic Tree House呀？我都不敢太強迫囡囡睇太深,驚住有反效果,但囡囡而加就非常喜歡睇Oxford, Ladybird既故事書！

My younger son just started reading the 1st MTH
during this July.  I read together with him for the 1st book  so he could finish that quite fast ( just 1-2 day ).  Hwr, when I leave him alone to start on the
#2,  he read very slowly and felt less interesting as
more difficult words.   After finished #2 which took about 3-4 days, he picked up other story books and
dropped MTH for a while.  Until lately I encouraged
him to start #3  and tried to read together with
him.   Hope it will arise his interest and read by
himself later on.
