My point is DGJS can give all CCKG girls offer, then we can save the time for waiting interview.

From past record, not all CCKG students can be admitted to DGJS, although the acceptance rate is high when compared to other kinder.

I have to point out that most CCKG students are very smart as they (only 42 girls) all are selected from several thousand candidates.

我無報小女拔..路過入來一睇..
我女不是讀cckg..不過呢2日我都有同佢去第2樹interview..前2日我都諗唔到女著咩衫..真係有諗過叫女著校服去架..hahah~因為我覺得女校服好令..著出街人地都唔知係uniform..hehehe..

讀基督堂梗是貪佢大機會入dgjs 啦, k2 轉校不是一件好玩的事兒.

如果真是絶對公平公正基督堂便不會那麼搶手啦, 對不?

星期五穿校服我不知是否正在上堂, 有關家長可以報料.  星期六穿也無可厚非.  

養兵千日, 用在一朝, 等了二年, 就等今天, 香港人咁醒目, 梗係用盡機闗. (可惜小女不是基督堂學生)

妳將基督堂看作dgjs 幼稚園 如st. paul 幼稚園 便不會太礙眼了...st. paul convent 收大大大部分自己的幼稚園又是這支故事.

香港好的小學多的是...

有時細路咁細個,真係乜都係考慮因素....我仔in spk時,我都有叫女著校服一齊去.....呢個時候,唔理有無用,乜法寶都要出啦

One of the reasons why a school changed to a private school was because they wanted to have rights to choose their students.  So once I decided to hand in the form of a private school, I just followed the rules of school.  My girl is not outstanding and I still let her try.  If u don't try, u just have 0% opportunity.  So just take it easy and there would be a school for her her finally since HK has 9 yrs free education.   I m already proud of my girl since she has grown up from a dependent new born baby to a kid that could go with strangers for an interview with me waiting outside.........

There is another CCKG girl interviewed on Sat morning and put on uniform as well.  I think no all CCKG girls interview on Friday.

I would like to tell you Eason's girl is arranged on Sat. and she doesn't wear CCKG uniform.  I do know some CCKG students were on Sat too.

I think all of us should admit the fact that it's no real fairness in this world and as a private or DSS school, the head of the school will has the sole power to select the student that she/he or the school may prefer. I think it's part of the game rule. Not only their preference on CCKG's student but also many other preferences behind.
Do you think these kinds of interviews will achieve any fairness?  Come on, from day one, i don't dream that these interviews can make a 100% fair judgement on my kid! Like the interview of SPCC, the questions were so general, how can they select the right ones out of 2000 applications? 10 mins interview and they would know the kid? It's a joke. Therefore, they must have their preferences.
If parents can admit this cruel fact, both the child and the parent can enjoy the process more and feel happier ...The fact is - We can never beat with the ones with connection or related. But what's the matters? I think the whole process is a kind of life exposure and after all there must be a school who will appreciate our children's  potential. It's not the end of the world to be rejected by these top schools. Of course, I would be extremely excited if those schools accept my application, that means our kids are much out perform than those who are related/connected!

My feeling is - I don't feel offended by the CCKG uniform issue (my kid is not at CCKG) as it's normal for the parents to do what they can for their kids!

冇錯，我覺得入得 CCKG 個目的都係想入 DBSPD or DGJS，父母想顯示呢點少少優勢真係無可厚非喎。
