Dear Parents,

If you have not received 2nd in reply letter from Logos, please don't be surprised.

In the past, Principal Yau will meet the parents & kid in the 2nd interview.  I think this practise remains the same this year.

As Principal Yau has been very busy for the past few weeks and will keep on having a tight schedule for the coming weeks, so I think he could not arrange too many 2nd interviews (as most parents expected) in early October.  If you find this school suitable for your kid, please be patient.  I fully understand your feeling like uncertainly, as I had this before.  If you are not clear if Logos is suitable for your family / kid, it's time to look for the answer.  For example, look at Logos web-site and make sure you understand its educational logos and curriculum.

If you want to know the school's current situation, you may ask Logos' parents for comment.  There is any other topic where lots of Logos parents are willing to share their experience.

I received phone call from Logos 3 days ago regarding 2nd interview time wor.  But it is in office hours on 31/10.  Need parents and kid come together to see the Principal.

Hi, jannie,

I think it is understandable for individual interviews(each one takes more than 15 minutes).
Please imagine how long it would take(months?) if the interviews are only conducted after office hours.
I think it is not uncommon for those schools having individual interviews with parents.

I'm really quite worry about this. I can't go for the 2nd interview which they had arranged( I can't take leave on that day). Only my hubby and my son will go..... I don't know how the Headmaster view to this......(will he think I'm not sincere encough?)

Moreover, my son do not have any experience of interview with us TOGETHER. Everytime he enter on his own with cofidence,but in front of us, he usually tends to be very shy. I very much want to know the whole process of the interview and what kind of questions Mr.Yau will ask,so that I can let my hubby and my son preparation psychologically. Anyone can help?

If both of you (you and your sponse) want to attend the 2nd interview, I strong recommend you to tell the school and re-arrange another time due to THIS REASON.  But please get prepared that the re-scheduled interview time will probably during office hour of week day.  In my understanding, Principal Yau really wants to interview the parentS and discuss with them about their educational logos.

I have a friend , he received call last SAT and 2nd in arranged this Wed .... so efficient.

But I still no call for 2nd in.....chance is getting slim.

I received a phone call last Sat. 2nd interview will be on 2nd Nov. afternoon.  Therefore, my hubby need to take a leave to go.  What will they ask?

thanks for advices. The staff told me I can change the time from am to pm (2-4:00) therefore, same.
I can't go with them together. Hope Mr. Yau will not mind.

I've contacted the school and they told me that they've sent out the waiting list and reject letter last Friday, did anyone receive it?  For those haven't received any letter from the school, they will probably be selected for the 2nd interview.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi freddielau,

When's your interview date with logos?  Sept 16 or 23?  I think those interviewed on Spet 16 will receive the call for 2nd interview earlier than those on Spet 23.

One of mum in this school told me their sys is changed and many homeworks.  To push the students now....I found it is quite active and all students can enjoy happy school life.

        

But I dont know why the adm fee is the highest in HK??? Will they get any others cost on papaers, books ,exe, extra activities like other private school.

my 1st in on 16 Sept.  My friend also got the 2nd in phone call last weekend. A bit worried. :cry:

I heard that the homework is more than before. Some P4, P5 students (only some) work till mid light. But I guess the homework is just about average.
