Hi,

Yes, meeting at HK Park or Botancial Garden is a good idea.  Let's see if we can gather more people here.  We can meet on a Sunday afternoon in Jun or July.

Looks like there are much more boys than girls, 6 vs 1 only !!!

Seems that it'll be a bit difficult to talk if we meet at the Park... any suggestion for place to eat e.g. buffet which is suitable for us ????

I also paid the school bus, but I sent it by cheque via mail, didn't get any reply yet... maybe I should call and check......

i have considered the school bus also but
it seems to be too young to take ah
moreover, the traffic of the road in front of the school is really horrible wow
so i will send my son to school at least the 1st year la

If we design to meet in HK park may be we can have lunch in the restaurant inside the park, get to know each other and then walk up to the Children playground to let the kids together. However I am not sure whether they will be full or not since sometimes people has wedding reception there as well. I am open to any idea and recommendation this is just the first thought came to my mind.

Another thought would be at"olice Officers Club" in Causeway Bay. If we have more than 24 people, we can organise a private tea party with snacks cost min $50 per person. Then we have a private corner (poolside) to chit chat and the kids can play in both indoor & outdoor play area (they are very close to each other). The play area is not very big and need to share with other kids but I think is enough for 10-20 kids to play. I think it is more easy for them to know each other in a confine area. But the bad thing would be quite hot in summer as the private corner is outdoor.

Babyu, do we need to be member in order to have the gathering in "police officers club"?  Are you a member? I think it's a good idea.... but seems we may not have 24 people... will it be ok if we have less than 24 people?

Should we fix the date first?  I would suggest Jun25, Jul1 or Jul2 at noon 12:00.  

Let's see who will join.  Pls kindly add onto the following.

Horace Mama. I am not a member but my friend is a member and she can book for me. It's quite easy. In fact I will host a birthday party for my son later this month there. You are right, number of people is a problem. I will try to ask my friend if there is another alternative.

Sorry, I am not available on your proposed dates as our family will be out town from 24 Jun until 9 July. However, any dates after 9 July is okay for me.
