I have a question: e.g. Net 11 嘉諾撒聖心學校 自行分配學位學額 is 75. That means there should be 75 for 統一派位, but there is only 70 left. Does that mean all seats in 自行分配 are already allocated to 世襲? Thank you.

How about for 聖士提反女子中學附屬小學? 實際超額 is -1. Does it mean the school did not receive enough application for 自行分配學位? What is the meaning of 最低超額% and 最高超額%?
Sorry for so many dummy questions... I will be enrolling my elder daughter to primary school this year...
