British passport and school fee

Would like clarify one point.  Public schools in the UK means private schools not state/government funded schools.

Did you read the previous posts?  They referred public schools as state schools.  I was just correcting them.

"If your child hv British passport,  no need to pay any school fees in public schools, if boarding,  then u need to pay the boarding fee.
If state school, u need to pay a portion school fee.
If private schools, of cuz u need to pay school fee.

I moved back to UK last summer because of my daughter.  I'm considered an expat (i was born and raised in England) I was able to enroll my daughter at a local college, register with the local GP and even able to claim child benefits.  I'm not sure about housing benefits and income support though.
