在香港，不用上訪，合乎資產資格便可以申請法律援助，跟本港政府打官司。

當年是香港組織協會的何喜華代莊豐源申請上訴到終審法院，法援處出錢請梁家傑代表莊豐源上訴，跟公文黨真的無關係，梁大狀身份是資深大律師，而非代表公民黨，MC1128的資料精確無誤。你翻看紀錄片，企出來Show off 是＂梁粉＂何喜華而非袋巾梁。

全港最大黨以此混淆視聽，扭曲作抹黑，估唔到咁多人會信，蛇斎餅糭及5毛真有效！
