1. The experience in interviewing with SC teacher was poor on that day. Maybe the applicants are really too many. It seemed that they did not respected both the parent and students.
When the teacher asked about the parents' expectation of their child, she did not look at the parent nor listen, she just looked around (not respectful). And they did not allow the child to think when they asked their question. Once they answer wrongly, they just pass to the next question. And it seemed that the teachers have no patience, and did not communicate with the children for their age level.
2. KV was said to have too many school work. As a working parent, I could not afford to supervise the girl to finish all homework after my office duty has ended. U can imagine when u child unwilling to do homework, and u cannot force her to finish it when it is night time already.
And KV required a child to write difficult words already. It is good to upgrade their knwoledge and hand writing. But as a child of 3-5, they have a long way to study. Kindergarten should be a place of happiness. Once she started Pr. no such fun. That's why I would not choose KV.
3. For SC, it is undeniable a well known school. But when compare with KM, the standard is the same, and nowadays many parents even commented that KM is better. It is undeniable that the campsite in SC is bigger. But the facilities looked old. Teachers looked rigid. In view of the above, I will choose KM.
4. My friend's da is a KM old girl. She is really expressive, out going and yet self-discipline. Another friend if mind, her children grauduated from SC. They were self-discipline, but not so outstanding.
5. All these school claimed that they have ??%% to well known schools. But they have no direct relations to the sub vented famous schools like La Salle , Martknoll, St Mary's etc. The chance of entering these schools is because their parents were old boys and girls, or they applied through random sampling.
