Since you are doing PN at this stage, you can consider to switch to IS PN now or at K1 then apply those IS with reception. It’s better to start with reception then wait for p1 as majority of school will have limited p1 places with lots of the seats filled up by their own reception classes.

my only concern is
My kid has to change school very often
He has to change to an international school for K1
And change again to reception class of all-through an international school one year later

My boys are December babies and they had 2-yr-old class in a non-through train international school (as a small baby細仔)—> nursery in a local kindergarten ( as a super big baby超大仔) —> through train IS kindergarten
Children adapt to new environment easily
So no worries
Yes kids can adapt to changes quickly.
Bear in mind reception year is usually the mass intake year whereas P1 has limited spaces, don’t forget those on waiting list and sibling priority, etc. So have a think about the journey in long run.
