請問該如何教幼兒串英文生字?

小女現讀k2, 快升k3了, 幼稚園開始要串英文生學e.g. cat, dog, frog等等, 我見佢學校都有教phonics, 但我唔知係我囡唔明定佢記性差, 都係唔識串, 有時要佢背咗, 但隔一陣開問番佢, 佢已唔記得咗, 或者係我用o既方法唔啱, 定係佢呢個年紀係咁呢? 我都知應該點教佢至可以令佢記住, 有冇媽咪可以教吓我

如果妳想令小朋友長遠學識自己串字, 一定要教孩子拼音並且經常溫習, 儘量不要背. 況且k2, k3的字很簡單, 把字拼出來小孩亦很容易明白. 若果已忘記, 可買一些輔助教材回來跟孩子一起看, 一起溫習.

只靠學校教是不足夠的.

有無睇過 Leapfrog 的 Letter Factory 和 Word Factory DVD 呀?
睇完之後,可以做吓 Disk 內的 games. 小囡 2歲9個月己經掌握大部份的發音. "聽聲"可以拼出答案,如:
(Ca, Fa) _AT
(Ba) _IG

Phonics 最重要係明白 A - Z 的發音,Letter Factory 的演譯生動易明,只係不太深入,但你所講字,佢都已經有教.

唔知香港有無賣,你可以 check 吓 Dymock.

其實phonics 是唔止a-z的發音,仲有好多vowel(a,e,i,o,u) short vowel & long vowel.

e.g. ch

Hello Mum,

I don't think any foreigner is qualified to teach phonics. YOu should also ask whether they are english major or not. The reason is very simple. You are a cantonese native speaker, do you know cantonese phonetics transcription? That's why an english major is more preferred than a foreigner without trainng.

actually, it is not difficult to teach or learn phonics, the system of learning is important. And its application to reality is even more difficult. If you want your children to be able to read themselves. You should expose them regularly to an english environment. Like watching english tv program or listening to english radio, songs.... Individual sounds and letters are meaningless and they can not connect really do sight-reading!!

我個仔沒有正式學phonics, 學校都沒有教, 我都係順其自然用子母既音個方法比佢串字, eg. cat, 我就會c + at.

我個仔日日串住d生字, 要佢讀出聲. 久而久之佢就好順口串出黎喇... 而家連k2/k1學過既生字都記得點串.

第一，完全同意hollyfong所說的。

第二，這麼早便學串那麼多字有甚麼用？倒不如多閱讀、多認生字(光只認，不需串)，效果更更更更佳！

第三，拼音不難學，但極有用，與其花時間串生字，為何不快快弄好它。拼音就是不難學，所以是但搵一個教就得 la。
