Mine isn't yet.  But what makes you have second thought.  I heard there're few kids due to health reason, they didn't go.

My kid didn't join this year.  It is too expensive for a local 5 days camp at $46XX that is only cost $900 at the camp web.

Outward bound camp is more expensive than ordinary camps offered elsewhere.  My elder girl joined it 2 years ago, it was this amount.

Because I found that the activities introduce in outward bound camp is similar to those in scout..... My boy also have camping, hiking, canoeing in his scout class before! Absolutely the price is much much much cheaper.... So I am still considering is it worth to join .......
