其實小朋友自己會好快適應，我剛開始7：30AM叫醒她起床，大約10：00睡，11：30起床食飯，然後上門上學。這樣安排反而令她更賴床。現在讓她自己睡夠起床，若果放學回來她要求睡覺，8：00PM叫醒食飯
