Dear School Principal,
Today I received a pay slip from Sing Tat Lau's School Bus Company for school bus fee of July. The school bus fee for 7 days is HKD200. I am shock that this practice did not happen on previous vacations. Moreover, they never charge school bus fee in pro-rata basis during Christmas vacations, Lunar new year vacations and Easter vacations which the students go to school half of a month. Sing Tat Lau's School Bus Company management is very unscrupulous.
I am writing to seek your assistance. Please see if there is any possibility to continue the previous practice which the school bus fee is waived in July. If not, they are strongly suggested to continue this practice not only in July but also during coming Christmas vacations, Lunar new year vacations and Easter vacations.
I have every confidence this problems can be remedied with both your attention and mine.
