It is Fair to say that you prefer your children attending an IS may be because you prefer a "More Balanced Curriculum".
As such, it is also Fair to say that you may enjoy the following article recently published in the "Economist" - a Balanced Debate?
Please DO read the "Readers' Comments", as there are plenty of good points about different education systems, different school policies, different ways in.....
I am curious that the school hours adding up to 60 hours a week in Sweden, how can Sweden achieve it? 12 hours per day from Mon to Fri? Or 10 hours per day from Mon to Sat? But both of them seems too long for a primary student.
