My friend is looking for a kindergarden with international scheme, ie. only using English and Mandarin in the class. I know 蘇浙 (in North Point), Vicitoria and Think Internatinal have this scheme and cost under $5,000. Of course, there're many in Kowloon Tong but they're more expensive. Are there any good recommendation that cost under $5,000?

Yes, it is. Tuition fee is around $3,300 for international stream playground (2-years-old class)There are quite a few discussion topics in this forum about this school. Go and have a look.
