是否活動教學? 多不多功課?
會否太自由,因怕上小學會不習慣
老師如何? 除了學費,有沒有其他雜費?
是否很難入? 因多人選,而且我的是細仔,我怕不夠人爭

我有朋友的兒子在馬鞍山那一間讀k1,她非常滿意
我不知道美孚的是否一樣
雖然之前也在此聽聞ok,但仍想知多些

Hi maria_lai,

My daughter is with their playgroup since last Sept and will be in the nursery this Aug. I can see lot of progress of my daughter.

They are of course 活動教學, not much homework. This is the way of Amercian teaching style. The teacher is nice, school fare only. Many parents in this area choose this school as this is the only Int'l school here. The principal will interview the kid and will talk to the parents about the kid and the school. She is very nice and helpful as well.

Someone said that this school is better than the one in MOS though MOS school capmus is older.

Thanks for your info.  I think we talked on the similar topics before.  Thanks again.

I've called the school and checked some admission requirement as well.

As my son will be 2 yrs old in Dec04, so he can only go for nursury in Feb05 if there're still seats open.

Yes, I like the campus is new too.  Besides, it's near to my mother's home.  I don't want my son to take the school bus when he's so young.

Do you think the kids can catch up/fit into the style of local primiary school?  I wonder it's quite free and my son will not be able to handle the heavy homework or busy live style in local primiary school.

By the way, may I know if there'll be any difficulities if my mother bring my son to playgroup?  You know the teacher speaks in English and I'm afraid my mother can't understand much.

Dear rdc888,

My daughter is having the Mon & Wed Playgourg in Mei Foo Think as well.  She just had the interview w/
the Principle this Mon for the Aug nursery class.  She is very nice and patient.

For the homework, may be its more or less same as
other Int'l school.  She told me that K1 1st term will
request to draw st. line and K2 2nd term request to
write simple Chinese character. May be my dauther will join the same class with yours in this Aug.

I choose this school for nursery because its reputation is quite good and is close to my home.
