I don't think there is the case, since there are people who enter these schools even put them in 2nd choice.

咁即係話如果我肯放棄排 marymount 第一, 而填 st. francis/st. paul's 第一就應該 sure win.

妳有多少分? 其實自行階段15分(適齡+首名子女), 都有希望入到SFC, 唔洗等統一. 我都係自行階段15分就得0左St Paul's.

仔仔比囡囡更有需要預備定私立�直資學校。囡囡派不到心儀學校，女校扣門的情況還有希望，而仔仔就不敢想像。

我有20分, 因為我同個女都係天主教徒, 所以我真係想個女入返天主教學校, 有共同信仰, 不過唔知我個女果年多唔多女女同佢爭?
如果跟人一窩蜂咁報 marymount, 萬一首輪唔得, 等大抽獎就諗慘.

20分可以搏MPS，不过自行阶段可能已经要抽签，请熟MPS行情既妈咪纠正我。全世界都搏MPS，0甘SFC 同 SPPCS 咪少左好多教徒挣！我咪因此而得益，15分都入到SPPCS啰。好感恩！

统一情况一樣。个个又再搏MPS，但係真係有连住本網都搏唔到既，好彩就派到2nd/3rd choice SFC/SPPCS，唔好彩就。。。

我自己係Paulinian，你点问我都係最鍾意St Paul's。个人心水+情意结乍0下，擁蔓躉唔好闹我。

各有喜好，各定对策啦！

Does anyone know when will the reduction of P1 class number in St Jo implement? 2008 or 09? If started, the competition for boys in Net 12 will be more keen!

My lovely Chezkel is 6.5 yrs old la!!

我就無咁好彩, 我個女今年都係15分, 但自行選 sfc 唔得, 好彩嘅係, 終於以後備生入左.
聽講因為要轉全日, 所以多左人爭喎.

In fact, the competition even for boys is not that keen in these few years. If you check out the figures and do some simple arithmetic, you can tell. Would you think the chance of being allocated to either one of the hottest being approx. 2/3 is low?

真係恭喜妳呀!

我女有同學15分入到SFC. 運氣既野, 好難講. 總之認清目標, 就可以好似妳咁, 努力就可以成功.

I'm referring to the case after St Joseph reduces the P1 class number, not at present.

Even though St Jo will be cutting 3 classes and only 5 will be left, the situation won't be too scary. The no. of places provided by St Jo and Wah Yan for central allocation will be about 160. The chance is still not too bad of approx, maybe a bit more than 1/2. I think most of the parents would still do the same and should be happy that they are not in other nets like 41.

To be sure just contact the school. Anyway, exact quota will be indicated in the Choice of Schools List for Central Allocation before the game starts. Remember it is always a game of luck. Anyone who doesn't feel comfortable with it will have to go for the affordable private/ds schools. I don't like this game either.
