Thank you all very confusing...I booked Doc Tap originally same day result and chat with them online whether they are accredited ISO15189 etc and they said only the next day test is accredited so I cancelled because again very confusing ... I saw Corona seems to be recognized by everyone and they are most expensive.. I saw and asked they have ISO 15189 [also 5 minutes from my hotel]
I think and Hope they are OK I just got the report

Collinson 張證書今早成功check in , Collinson 比了三張 ...

請問Collinson發送電郵結果時，是否有埋證書的附件呢？

有，但一張證書附件，但一去到就立即比一張我，取報告又比多一張，加埋附件total 3 張，我都唔明

yes.你print晒3張紙出來就可以。我早幾日都係咁。冇問題。

CX 都應該有晒證書，唔使太擔心，大部份人都係這間做然後在機場住一晚

Doctap 4hr係用randox lab，我直接同佢溝通佢話randox唔再係UKAS accredited lab，而且只有ISO17045。佢話next day test係用source bioscience lab，又有齊UKAS同ISO15189，仲平啲添，所以即刻幫我改咗退返extra嘅錢。我亦順利用doctap report上Virgin機（兩日前），而家喺酒店隔離緊。

政府要求間lab 合資格
Collinson 角色係採樣
所以有無Collinson 新地址無所謂

我10月中搭BA 回港，會 book CollinsonHeathrow T5 Rapid test. 想請教：
1. 是否要印#833#834 內的兩張cert 和兩份 schedule 就足夠？
2. 兩個人都是印一份？
3. Collinson 會派自己的 cert 和 schedule 嗎？
