how about Speech Festival?
(1) Is it optional or compulsory to attend Speech Festival?

it is optional.

school will provide training for one recital only no matter how many competition you enroll.

通常一星期一次, 但如有比賽或表演,則要加時練習... 初管3級可以了.... 先打好基本工, 吹多些 scale, 音自然準囉....
不用心急啦..

相信機會不大, 我見識過樂團老師鬧人。冇乜可能有懒學生留得低, 而且 pta 那位家長都吾會有面返學校 or 開會。
