actually these classes are offered at my son's ESF school. They teach inside the school hour sometimes for the IB, but for my son hes been attending the yoga afterschool class for the school year.
I suggest you to ask them to show you the workbook they give out to students. from that you can really see many things they try to teach children. for me i think their breathing technique and concentration training is very useful.. kids learn to deal with stress and emotion . |
