In my opinion, it is a good school. The English environment is rather good there. I also like the mulch-cultural school life.
I just dislike having 2 campus as it might cause some inconvenience to the teachers and the students.
The teachers are nice and helpful as well.
The principal is trying very hard to make this school being better and better!
So, keep this school as your choice would be wise! :)
We gave this up because my daughter didn't really like the campus and we had some other offers already.

Well, I attend the P1 Seminar.
School sounds ok but their focus on "Cultural Diversity" is Overkill. Children learn Hindi as well to understand their culture and language?????

. The principal keeps stressing 16 nationalities, American, Australian, etc. but all look like chinese kids e.g. ABCs I think ...
I don't like the 2 campus too ... I got to Sheung Heung Rd campus and found out seminar was at Farm Road .... a 10-mins walk ....

.
ESFs or other IS don't keep stressing the number of nationalities represented, or kids learn Korean, Hindi, Japanese, etc to understand other cultures

. They try too hard to be different .... many more DSS schools to choose from, especially PLK schools.

佢地未有小六生派位成績,故唔知好唔好.
不過我聽過個fd講,佢地校長係好work hard的,亦有能力,想將學校發展到似陳守仁.老師做到死死下.
小朋友真係有好多唔同人種的,所以語言環境比陳守仁更勁.
不過聽朋友講佢都唔鍾意個校園分開兩處.
詳細情形唔係好知,因我對這間學校沒有什麼興趣.

我唔系好LIKE有咁多南亞小朋友.因為果種體味唔系個個受到,果日去簡介會已經有多包頭種族同體味,所以我都無報.

校舍係一個好大的問題,長遠都要分開,解決唔到的。本來學校鄰校已剎校, 學校絕對可以向保良局爭取要那校舍,合二為一的,但學校冇爭取,最後仲要比另一間保良局學校要埋。這消息是因我朋友是林文燦家教會的一份子,她好失望學校申辦唔到鄰校。另外, 學生是否英文特別好, 其實真的唔一定的, 學生質素反而參差, 加上未有派位成績, 未可評論太多。唯一可取是學費便宜囉。

學校仲新未有成績表，但PLK教學質素有保證，其實學校最大賣點除左係英語，仲有係校網好，學費平同國際學校咁既環境，你可以睇真d佢software，再諗下啱唔啱自己，如果又要話平，又要大又靚派位又要好，就算真係有呀，到時都唔係咁易入到，可能又係幾千人爭百零個位果隻•••
純粹個人意見，不喜勿插•••

We should not teach our kids to discriminate 南亞小朋友 because of their 體味. Overall, this school is poor as a DSS and under PLK .... They should seriously review their selling point of "many nationalities", "kids learn many other language to understand other cultures", 學生是否英文特別好(no evidence), etc. and really push for a combined campus.
Secondary net 34 alone will not attract high calibre kids. 無興趣, OUT

唔系我教佢去分體味,系小朋友一聞就話好臭,根本唔知味系出自果啲小朋友,同埋我擔心間學校既中文程度,因為系HK 中文都系好緊要,如果同果啲唔系中國人一齊上中文堂,唔知中文會唔會淺啲,學校都只系不停講佢系NET34,有好多來自唔同國家,都無咩講究課程.感覺真系麻麻地.

My daughter is studying in SMC now. she got the offers in early October.
She was lucky enough to got the offers from every school we went.

The school net of LMC is not bad.
It is true that the principle always says about the nationalities of the children. Somehow I guess it might not be that many after a few years. But the school promised to keep at least 20% for the non-Chinese students every year.

The local students would not have the Chinese lessons with the non-Chinese students. So the Chinese standard won't be influenced by that.

I think you should apply this school and of courses some other DSS + private schools while the competition is very serious!!

想信南亞小朋友spoken english會比香港的好,但要留意英文亦不是他們的native language,這不會是一個吸引到我的賣點.

TSL 學生的英文也很流利,只是hong音重d,咁其實有南亞小朋友對香港小朋友英語幫助有幾大?

反而我覺得smc英語環境真係幾好,不過成绩應tsl好d.有錯請改.
