Hi Anita, it's nice to hear Phevos is same with Yingying, i just wonder how many kids in a class, so many kids will join music class at 1045, BTY, is you will take Phevos to school?? i think we can met on sat la

I visit page and find no parent answer your question.  Maybe I can share with you my experience.

My daughter is now in their U3.

My experience is that their interview was easy i.e. they played with our kids while relaxingly chat with we parents.

The teaching panel is consisted of quite a large number of youngsters who are all kind hearted.

But the headmistress told us that they were going to tighten their polciy of accepting students in the coming years in order to assure the quality of their students.

I chose the school because I believed in their philosophy.

For N1, my daughter totally attempted 5 schools while only York accepted her.  I let my daugter took their pre-nursery course before formally starting N1.  I found the school performing upto my satisfaction thus I maintained my daughter there.

My daughter has been there for 1 1/2 year.  She is going to accelerate to P1 the next year.  We attempted two schools, ICQM & GT, this summer and she was accepted by both before the other could start K3!!  For GT, there is yearly over 1000 candidates while accepting only 96 kids.  It was worth mentioning that my daughter could even got 'no ranking' within various historical school internal examiniations!! (the school examinations' result could only rank those candidates within 1-10; any one who was out of the rannge would not be ranked!!)  Thus you can see the ability of York kids.

我問過學校,好耐之前有一張通告,大約內容係叫你買pencil、file、name chop、student I.d.card等等,如果你當時沒有話不要的東西,全數交了$1071就會包了燈籠。

通告是2/5/2007出的

其實york的老師都幾好,記得當日女女面試時不發一言,老師很有愛心地同佢玩,問她問題,對比k字頭的名牌kinergarden老師有愛心得多,york的老師好100倍。過程不需用英文，不算太難入,選擇呢間kindergarden因為它的英文水平好，有劍橋英語可報
