my son is 7 years old and he is 資優at non-word , that means he is a 3D boy!
His drawing is very good!
But he is not easy to read and write!
I want to know which school is better for him to study?
And where can I found the detail test for him?

可唔可以解釋下 non-word & 3D boy 俾我哋聽下...
如果小朋友好喜歡畫畫, 係非常好嘅事, 有d情緒/情感小朋友未必識講, 但佢哋可以用畫畫嚟表達/抒發出嚟....
畫畫亦可陶冶性情, 可以令佢情緒穩定, 係一個好好嘅興趣活動! 支持囝囝繼續吧~

7歲應該係讀小二, 囝囝上緊嘅小學響學術上有無遇到趕不上嘅困難? 有無向學校了解? 小朋友自己知唔知有咩問題? 喜歡學校嗎? 學校內有無好朋友?

其實有好多學術以外嘅環境都會影響小朋友嘅心情, 返學開心與唔開心, 對學校生活投入與唔投入都有莫大關係! 上到小二, 要響呢個時間轉校, 牽涉嘅問題一d都不容忽視, 處理得唔好, 後果可以想像, 要三思!  試睇睇小朋友問題發生的近因, 根源, 同埋問題有無得解決?! 轉校亦要明白小朋友嘅性格配合與否, 和心理準備足唔足夠!

今時今日嘅小朋友思想比較獨立, 有主見, 唔似我哋小時候可以讓爸媽任意強行安排或決定, 除睡覺外, 小朋友逗留學校比在家活動時間還要長, 所以要改變佢哋嘅貼身環境一定需要小朋友自願才可, 再面對學校新環境, 新規距, 新同學, 新溝通就好似大人轉工一樣....但轉工三個月唔適應都還可再選擇, 但學校又豈能再挑?

I found many School have Gifted educations now

I saw the web of KTS, SFA, Ramondic, SJAC, GT, Logos.....many schools are providing gifted education now.

Some famous english primary schools are not easy to enter and they have IQ test during interview.

Reading Test ,
Matching Test,
Mental Test ,
Writen Test,
Oral Test ,
Skill Test such as Swimming, Ice skating, Drawing, Piano, Violin.....
Indepandent & Quick Leaner
Good Memories
IQ logic Test,
They should have a good manner and higher EQ standard.
I think those of all are the minimum requirment, right?

It seems that at least 36 primary schools offering (probably 抽離式) gifted education program. See this link: http://resources.edb.gov.hk/gifted/ps/sch_list.htm


It seems that schools for gifted (maybe level A & B below) is not equivalent to just offering 抽離式 gifted education programs (maybe level C & D below).

第一層次：
A：
在正規課程內加入高層次思維技巧、創造力和個人及社交能力等三大資優教育元素。
B：
在正規課堂按學生的特質實施分組教學、 增潤及延伸專門性學習領域的課程內容。


第二層次：

C：以抽離方式在正規課堂以外進行一般性 增潤課程（例如創造力訓練、領袖才能 訓練等）。
D：以抽離方式在正規課堂以外進行專科特定範疇的延伸課程（例如數學、美術等）。


第三層次：

E：教育局聯同各大專院校的有關人士成立專 家小組，發展及推動專為培育特別資優學生而設的活動。

KTS, SFA, Ramondic, SJAC, GT, Logos.....SPCC, DBS, LS, ...some may be at levels A & B (& C & D), some may be at C & D only.
