1) better 4 yrs or up to start learning ice-skating depends on the foot is strong enough to carry the ice-skating shoes because the shoes is quite heavy for the small kids.
2) It is no private coach, all coaches are through ice-skating school.
3) In HK side, you can go to TaiKoo City and in Kowloon side, you can go to Festival Walk. This is the two largest ice-skating school in HK organized by Swire Group.
The school fee on Monday to Thursday is cheaper than Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is from 550 to 875, depends on group session, semi-private session and private session and the level of the coach.
