My son was allocated to our 8th choice!  We 叩門 like crazy! Up till now, he has been accepted by 聖公會聖雅各小學 and 香港嘉諾撒學校（下午）. But we haven't made up our mind which one is better for him.
聖公會聖雅各小學 is a whole-day school.
香港嘉諾撒學校（下午）will merge to its a.m. section and is going to be a whole-day school in 2007-2008.
Of course, the big concern is the future - 中學派位!

Any comments and figures?

咁就睇吓自己做係仔仔or囡囡啦。係囡囡嘅話香港嘉諾撒學校（下午）。ok吖，我朋友個女兒讀緊p.2，出年9月都改全日制了。而且聯校嘉諾撒書院我上網睇過係英中中學噃。同埋我所知係佢校風幾好添。

Thanks for your comment!
If I were to choose for my daughter, of course I would choose 香港嘉諾撒學校（下午) . 嘉諾撒書院 is an EMI schools.  And the girls are very decent when I meet them in the street.
But now I have to choose a school for my son! Quite difficult to make decision!

就算我的是兒子，我也會選擇嘉諾撒，起碼校風較好，而且女生也比較文靜乘巧，減少機會沾染不良男生的惡習，如較頑皮或欺侮同學。

雖然有些人說男生與女生學習曲線上會比較吃虧，但如果你的兒子真的是brand1生，那去到那校也會是brand1。我覺得品行的培養，有正確的學習態度較為重要，所以我的首要標準是校風。這全屬個人意見，不同觀點的就請當我唱歌吧！

Thanks for your valuable comment!

You are right!  When I went to the interview last Saturday. Eveyrone (including students, teachers and janitors) were very polite and they all had smiling faces.  There were some happy students having P.E. lesson in the playground. When we went into the school office, there were some girls coming out from the school office. They were holding door for me and my son.  They smiled at us and said "Good Morning". Wow!  I were so impressed.

Ths principal, Mr. chan, is a nice man. He talked to my son.  My son liked him so much that he sang him a song.

There is a reading corner on the ground floor with 3 big shelves of story books and benches.  My son told me he wanted to read books there. He is a "book worm".
My son told me he would like to attend this school!

I am sure he will have a very happy school life at Canossa and he is going to be good boy if he attends this school.
But my concern is Canossa College is a girls' school!
It's a big headache!

我們是叩門的！陳校長口頭上應承收我個仔，但不可以出信，這是不合教統局所訂的情序，要等到7月3曰，我可返回已註冊的學校取回註冊証，到嘉諾撒註冊便可。

Typing Chinese really drives me crazy!!!

我都係叩門的，而且和你一樣得到校長口頭上回覆，等到7月3曰，可返回已註冊的學校取回註冊証，到嘉諾撒註冊便可，但我在想，學校會否在7月3曰前寄信or電話通知作實，因為只是校長口頭上回覆，真驚學校唔認數

我其實Saturday當日也有問陳校長同樣的問題, 他說最好在7月3日早上打電話比陳校長本人安排。你係咪當日開心得滯所以無問到呢!

我真的開心得滯所以無問到校長，但是24號我囝囝要到新基灣面試，所以我想等埋結果後再决定，再此希望大家有過好滿意的決定 thanks
