心理治療學中有一學派名"Cognitive Behaviour Therapy",它們認為一般的心理疾患(例如抑鬱,焦慮...)是由不理性的想法而起.

有時不理性的想法不一定完全無發生的可能,但機會甚低,或最少是多年後才會出現的事,現在擔心也於事無補.之前我所形容的worst scenario(e.g...即使結了婚,大吉利是都唔知邊個走先..).只不過是不理性的想法的一些例子,當然它們是有可能發生的,但來日方長啊!

For all who has a autistic kid, we need to take care ourselves and the kids, so we need to more health and happy all the time.

For mothers with autistic kids, remember to take care of your husbands too.  Men are usually not as good in dealing with situations without solutions i.e. I suppose there is no recovery for autistic kids.

Dear all,
Yes.  I always try to do something to make myself happy, especially when I am very down.  Otherwise, I won't have the strength to look after my child.

I know a friend who is specially trained to treat kids with special education needs, like autistic , retarded , delayed or dylexia.

He would need to treat some kids with various special education needs so as to fulfill his research study requirements for professional qualification accessments , anyone is interested , pls pm me.
