My case is similar to yours. It is not too difficult to get in should you have a strategy.

My cousins daughter is in MS but she said only 70% not 100% get a place in their primary.  Yet I guess it's still 70%

Yes, 70%. But many students will try to apply for other primary schools and get others' offers. Thus, it is not so difficult to stay in MS p1.
