有人收到offer嗎?

又話22/10先公佈,但又私下寄信,有無顧下其他小朋友們感受,我覺得小孩子們已很叻,仲要揀來揀去!真無品

我問學校，他回覆說會不斷分批寄出信，直至10月22日。

I don't know why there're different answers for the same question.  I have asked if they have sent out all offer letters for those participated in 29th Parent Interview last Fri and she said yes.  When I asked if they gave any offer to those who didn't attend any parent interview.  She was not answer by question directly.  Really frustrated!!

我是星期一收信的,今天打去學校問,他們說不能延期,一定要星期三1pm前註冊，請留意

我今日打左電話去問，諗住試下口頭問下收唔收啦，點知佢地話有D早少信個D係因為佢地想D家長早D知，但一直會SEND信SEND到22/10個WEEKS，所以唔一定唔收，如果口頭問就冇資料勒！真係比間學校澈死，即使收到信，都唔知讀唔讀好，D行政有點混亂，又唔一致，好影響家長同小朋友，以為一定唔得囉！

學校說只是不想同一時間逼爆admin office, 所以分批寄, 22/10是所有人都知,包括waiting, 因為有d人可能唔註冊, 等大抽獎, 咁就可以減少waiting list的人數, 我唔覺得佢地混亂, 反而彴有consider我們這群等待的人, 小兒還沒有信

如果撇開咁做法會令家長個心囉囉孿，心情緊張呢個反效果，其實咁概安排的好處係註冊過程好流暢，今日只係用咗5分鐘搞掂。如果多人排隊等，等得太耐，又會俾人批評安排失當。

因為好心急，個心囉囉孿，所以會覺得係咁。

不過，如果想流暢d既，都可以一齊send信出去，係信入面寫明家長由幾月幾日至幾月幾日才可以到校註冊，否則作放棄學位。一黎唔會混亂，二黎一批再一批咁註冊，冇人註冊個d就可以比waiting list個d。因為我今日打去問個時，佢話到左deadline個日都唔見人註冊先至再打電話confirm，如果冇收到信，但又收到佢地電話咁點呢，佢又冇答我。

My colleague's friend has a friend who is a teacher at WKF.  From what I hear, and from what I have observed, it seems that from the 1st round of interview (end of August 2012), a number of students (around 50) assessment results were good, they will get the first batch of offer.  That being said, they were still invited for the 2nd round interview (on September 29), but the results on that day are irrelevant.  These students have received the offer letter by mail in the last few days and asked to register by October 10. The other students, whose assessment results were quite good, but not yet reach a certain level of points, are invited for the 2nd interview, then the school will use the 2nd interview results and it will impact their decision to give an offer or not.

Based on how many 1st batch offered students who enrol on or before October 10, then the school can decide how many students they can send offer to for the week of October 22. So for those parents who have not received an offer last week or early this week, do not despair.  I am sure the school will send out a whole bunch of offers in the week of October 22.

Thank you for your info.  My son was one of those who attended the "Re-assessment" on Sep. 14, so we may know the final result in the week of Oct. 22.  Would these "stand-by" parents be requested an interview before their children may fill in the vacancy? Thanks again!

So basically if no re-assessment n no second interview are highly likely reject? Disappointed!
