Do not waste your time here. We are all parents and would not be able to help you get a seat at the school.
If you are so upset, call the school management or ICAC. I am sure if like you said there are over 30+ people who file complaints at the same time, they would do something to investigate.

Dear RC parents,
Do you know what is Admissions Screening for YR 1?
How to test with the small child and How long the test? Is the student go inside to test or with the parent(s) together!
Please let me know how many time for interview ???We'll attend on this month.
