Kingston is a bilingual school with one mandarin and one English teacher at the same time during the class. So I guess you don't need to worry whether the kids are fluent in English. Kids usually talk in English rather than Mandarin.
I'm pretty satisfied with the 'software' provided by the school. It's a small school so teachers and staff know my kid very well. Teachers are all experienced. Turnover rate is low; most of them have been here for 10-15 years. It's the first kindy having IB program in HK and its Chinese level is up to my standard, at least...
As for hardware, it's a small school so don't expect too much =p . Having said that, the size is already good for small kids.
My kid is going to its primary next year. Most of the parents I know decide to stay. Hopefully my kid would keep up his Chinese level.
The biggest concern parents have is that ICHK is really far away.That means we may need to find a new secondary after kids graduated from Kingston primary. It is however, not a really big issue for me at this moment. By the time he's at year 6, there should be lots of choices available...
