qc難入好多~
雖然張祝珊成績係勁, 但同qc比都係差d, 重有就係qc課外活動方面勁好多

My friend's daughter is studying in Form 2 in CCS. She was good in primary school, however she was at the edge of repeating in form 1.

What she quote to her mom is "別人求

All top band one schools are like that.  It's a test of whether your kid is a real bright student.  I agree we should not 盲目追求名校！

Im not a CCS parent but would like to point out that NOT all top schools are like that.  In most other top band one schools, students enjoy their school life, either on the academic side or ECA/interschool functions/competitions.  I don't think many CCS students can have this privilege.

I agree with what Billy said. I am not parent of CCS too and I am not intend to "bad mouth" CCS.

My son has friends (sports activities) from different secondary schools, ranging from top tier band one to international schools. (off course no CCS). There are many other happy kids from band one schools. For instance, Marymount, BPS. Marymount in particular gives me a very good impression. Students from this school has good commend of Eng, lots of activities and less stressful. (although Marymount does have so called "elite class").They do not have exam in F.1-2.

Hi all,

My son is a F1 student in CCS.
So far the workload and pressure of this school
are indeed not so terrible as heard before.
At least he still has time to continue all his interests learning after school, and have leisure time for playing his Play Station !

My son's comment is that most of the teachers
are really good at teaching, and they will prepare many notes for you to study. It is true that this
school mainly emphasis on the acedmeic result and they won't spend much effort on developing students' interest and ECA activities.
But due to the fact that nowadays, I think most of the children have already many interests and activities to learn outside school, and these will help to balance the CCS school life.

Anyhow, I think a good school is the one that suits
your childern's character and standard.

Heartful congratulation to you. Your son must be really briliant!

CCS is by all mean a good school. Yet for those not that smart or for those active type of students, parents have to think twice to see if it is suitable.

學校亦從沒有給予很大壓力給學生，我想壓力來自同學間的競爭，張祝珊是一間band 1學校，學生來自全港精英，鬥志心及競爭心十分大。事實上，它有些學生真系好勁，例如F3的中英數測驗很多學生都可以拿80分以上。學校的校長及老師都很好，讀書氣氛好，學生大部份很有禮，很乖很純。

Thank you for CCS parents' feedback.  Does the school has its own school orchestra and choir?   Do they pay very little emphasis on music activities also?  

When you considered enrolling CSS, how do you weigh it against QC?  Also, are the students tend to be very shy with less confidence because of the culture?

Forgive me to say so much on CCS, albeit I am no parent of their students. Yet I   had lunch with my friend incidentally again (in fact quite frequently). As what I mentioned, my friend's daughter is studying in CCS and as such I have direct "second hand" "hearsay" information.

The school does have Orchestra Team but how much efforts and time they spend is not sure.

梗係bps好d啦~ bps成績好勁嫁, 課外活動應該係女校第三~
兩間一樣咁難入, 邊有出名o既學校會容易d嫁~

我係張祝珊中一的學生，我都幾開心。喺呢間學校讀都唔係好難，最慘係要好守紀律，例如:唔可以帶手機返學(寫左家長信先得。)　雖然功課唔係好多，但係一樣都要做幾長時間架！學校主要的問題係校舍太舊，近來都已經好左少少。有一啲老師會教得好快，要時不時備課先得。
