呀女現讀 bank 1 女校, 只得一班 BIO. 而且沒有綜合科學, 以佢成績, 根本沒可能入到 35名以內, 有什麼方法可以讀呢 ?

是在選科吧？假如可以的話，讓你女兒問下讀BIO的師姐，老師教書如何

難道就要這麼早否定她嗎？還沒有到中六還不能斷定她於公開試的成績﹗
校內讀Bio有幾多人？

首先要了解清楚學校的教學資源是否充足，上課情形如何。若教學資源充足(有好既notes)但上課時有其他因素導致不能集中，則可安排固定時間(星期六日)自行於家中自習，並在書局買有詳細解釋的參考練習，做MC（多項選擇題），閒時讀下長題目的solution就可以了。
若學校支援很差，那就需要找補習導師了。
若學校教得好而她真的不濟的話，那麼就要下苦功，找個好的補習導師及有系統的參考書，或者放棄，轉科吧﹗

其實bio好講究對生物既探究心，若早於小學期間吸收相關小知識，則可融會貫通。
若到現在你的女兒連小五小六關於生物的常識已經完全沒有，那麼就難了。。。

生物科講究概念清晰，不是硬背就可以的了，更不像數學那樣有固定題型(重點所在)，若學校教師本身非能人，又不能提供好的筆記，那麼就要自己另謀筆記了。

Not necessary all top students will pick Biology, she still has chance, unless her ranking is very very behind.

Nowadays, pure science stream may not the top choice. 2 Science subjects + Economics or BAFS may be the most popular choice.

係因為生物只有一班，中四要考三十五名以內先有機會。否則只有選其他科。

如此看來這是純粹的考試中名次問題，既然知道只有考好個試先有機會讀生物，既然這是唯一辦法（轉校另作別論），應該還有一至兩個星期才考試對吧？讓你的女兒清楚自己的目標，然後朝目標進發就是了。你的女兒mid-year考成點？

唔一定讀bio最好,科科出狀元,讀算科可做會計師,建築師,讀chem可做藥劑師,account可做老師,財經分析員,銀行等等

你的觀點是正道。

老實講，係香港中學讀BIO幾乎無出路，因為大學只有Bio/Biochem要你讀Bio，連醫科都唔洗你讀Bio（DSE係咪咁？）
如果樓主個女清楚呢個事實仍然鍾意讀Bio的話而非無得揀被迫去讀，這是因興趣揀科，我很欣賞。我認為係現今之制度下，有d科的確讀左無助升學，但有一兩科真係有興趣既，讀下無妨，只要確保現有之配搭足以應付升學需要。

老實講，只要智商唔係超低而又肯勤力，〞惟日孜孜，無敢逸豫。〞，上到DSE就算無個科既天份都可以死讀到Lv4以上出黎，（大學則另當別論），何況F3考試呢？樓主（個女）加油﹗

ANChan59 本身也應該是成功人士，又教仔得法，當然能令兒子努力讀書了﹗

My daughter also wants to study biology and biology related subjects. Biomedical science is a very popular subjects. The competition for a biomedical scienc space in HKU is as fierce as in MBBS. It admits 20 students each year. The future is bright if you are a graduate of bioengineering, biomedical science or life science because the shortage of manpower in those areas in Hong Kong,

我當然知大學邊 D 科同 BIOLOGY 有關
但我想知樓主個女，係唔係已有目標，大學想讀某科，還是純因為覺得 BIOLOGY 有興趣
無論係為 "目標" ，還是純為 "興趣"，都冇理由成績唔好

I totally agree with you. If one is passionate about biology, I feel her result should be good. If not, she should review her method of studying.

Biomedical Science will be more popular than Medical Engineering in HKU. There is some manpower gap in that areas, but most students don't want to work in PRD, they prefer work in HK for some irrelevant posts.
