各位, 我的仔仔今年 k3, 今年揀小學, 想入聖米迦勒小學, 但聽講好難入, 請問可否分享下呀.

上年仲係北角就好易入, 可能依家出生率低左, 同埋14區好多好既學校選擇, 近5年都好易入 ( 早10年前就好難), 我有2位親戚個仔女, 現在都讀緊4年級, 2年級, 佢地好易考入, 都係讀唔出名的幼稚園(係d小型屋村幼稚園),都係第一輪或中央派位派到....
但今年搬去柴灣, 我就唔知佢係個區受唔受歡迎?

今年明報及蘋果都有報話小一報名大超額。朋友交表時學校都叫她不要報，或報下午班。
今年後補小一必須第一輪及第二輪(跨區及同區)都報第一志願先可取表。
插班多到要停課一天考試。
第一輪收父母或兄姊有分才有位，否則要等中央派位。
不是名校,但是否好易入????

ox意思係話以前係北角既時候,因net14好些學校比較多選擇,所以唔係真係難入,但近年(上午)搬左去柴灣,就會難入d,因net16真係唔多選擇,只係'聖米加勒'和'救世軍'比較好.所以好多家長會選'聖米加勒'.

我住net14,上年選校我沒有選'聖米加勒'在頭三志願內,.你問係唔係好難入,我就不清楚,但係'聖米加勒'在我自己來說又不是可選為第一志願,因聽朋友講學校比較傳統,有個別老師比較惡,而且升中派位成績都是中庸.但這所學校好在學生常參加校際答問比賽(我係電視睇過),呢方面學校培育得幾好.學生常識應不錯
上年net14選的是舊扯(下午班),而上午班就搬去柴灣.我個女同學住'柴灣'就派左呢間(2nd round).佢地好開心,因區內真係不多選擇.

係呀，14區的聖米迦勒真係好易入，因為同區的家長多數選北角官小、循道、衛理等都未到呢間，我個表弟舊年就係派唔到前面幾間，去左呢度。咁請問有冇人知升中多數派咩學校？

My experience :

Last year I apply the AM session, I put it in the 1st choice and I am not accepted.
I don't know why someone can accept after 派唔到前面幾間.
May be you are talking about the pm seesion.
One more thing 北角官小 is not good as people think.
There is only 27% student in band 1.

雖然我個仔仲細, 但我都有留意小學有何選擇.  我住Net16, 真係好少選擇.  無錢搬, 點算好?  唯有儲多錢, 考私校或 直資或靠彩數啦! 唉!

係喎, 近5年真係唔難入 (我講係北角A.M.時), 因為我早3年前都住係net 14. 我身邊都有4個家庭朋友(有d係以前既鄰居), 佢地共有5個仔女都係個度讀緊;

2個親戚既仔女就讀P.4 & P. 2. (之前佢地係勁想考入循道, 但入唔到), 另外, 有1個朋友&2個鄰居就讀緊P5 (有2位) & P.3. (之前佢地都係想考循道, 嘉諾撒~則魚涌 & 衛理).

咁可能柴灣區冇乜選擇卦, 我個時住net 14, 身邊好多人都係想入循道, 嘉諾撒~則魚涌 , 衛理, 滬江......,因為我身邊實在太多人唔想讀呢間,但考入呢間, 所以感覺好似好易入.

呢間都唔差, 雖然學校很多活動, 好似活動教學, 但學校有些老師都幾傳統&嚴肅.  不過都唔會好似其他名校會留級, 或者讀得比較差只是見見家長罷了..

咁我真係唔知佢係柴灣係咁受歡迎?

Strange, I think the last 2 year is very difficult to entry.

I think your experience is NOT 近5年 BUT 4-5years ago. So that your friend had a completey excperience than me and maylukmay.
At that time, the school facilities is very very old.
For the last 3 years parents know that they will move to a new school in Chai Wan the application increase sharply.
My son study in KCC kindergarten, many parents want to apply it last year (still in net 14).
The school ask parents to apply the pm session because there is too many applications( 20 marks).
My brother's son studying there and find the teacher is very nice. Everyday the principle is in front of the school gate to welcome the student. He can discuss with him directly.

Last year I also think that I can be accepted because it seems easier in net 14. But my friend and I  both are failed. Last month my elder son studying in North Point Govt school try to apply for  p.4 and failed. My brother tell me that there is over 150 applications for  插班.

I think the situation change every year, so BK is a good place to share the update information.

I live in net 14, can I apply it this year?

I also in net 16 and my son need to apply P.1 coming Sept. Headache begin !

其實有些家長都希望net 15 & net 16 combine一起,選擇性會多些,唔駛咁頭痛.

除非你夠20分可1st round試入表,如果無, 係2nd round 跨區報,未重難入,不如選番net 14的小學未重好,佢地都有好多入到band 1 中學架! 睇下你自己博唔博!

You mean that net 14 became 跨區 this year.
Most of the good school in net 14 is not full time school. I think they will soon split to 2 FT school.
There is not enough new place and student in HK island for a new school to build. They may move to far far away.

唔係咁跨張呀! 要move to far far away,教統局都叫家長選自己住地方啦!那麼咪違背左願意,唔一定係要讀FULL DAY.`講唔通.
