Which centre to organize the Cambridge English Course is the best?

Normally, what is the age to apply for Starter and how to get the result in a better way?

Normally, Cambridge Starters is the lowest level and is designed for children from the age of 7.

Movers is the second level in the series. A typical Movers candidate is likely to be aged between 8 and 11.

Flyers is the third level in the series. A typical Flyers candidate is likely to be aged between 9-12.

Cambridge English examination has 3 sessions, namely, Listening, Reading & Writing and Speaking.  Each session has 5 shields and 15 shields are full marks for the examination.

My son took the Flyers' examination at British Council in early July when he just finished Primary 5.  Flyers appear more difficult and my son got 14 shields.  He got 15 shields in Starters and Movers.

My son took a short course at a centre in Kowloon to prepare for the Starters, Movers and Flyers examinations.  I think the centre is good.  They did not require students to take a minimum hours as I know some centres require students to study 40 or even more hours for the exam.

Sorry to all parents who have left a message to me.  I am not a daily BK visitor and so cannot respond to you all earlier.

In fact I did not expect there would be so many messages left in the BK column or pm to me.  I don't have details of their courses and fees but I can give you all their phone number and address.  Please check your pm and contact them directly.

Their location may not be convenient to some parents but I know some parents from Tai Po, Sheungshui, Tsinyi and Chaiwan bring their kids to learn CE and take other courses.   I heard that they will have a new centre near a MTR station in future.

I think their CE results are quite good as the lowest number of shields their students got in Starters, Movers and Flyers are 13.
