每個家長都覺得自己小朋友係最優秀的，小朋友面試表現ok的時候而沒有被錄取當然會覺得憤憤不平。
我都覺得面試順其自然表現真我比較好，就算面試當日可以扮到你認為學校偏向的類型，但之後讀書的幾年是很難再扮演下去的，只會令大家辛苦。一切都係緣分

I think years ago the school did prefer public servants but not so nowadays. Still, it would be in a higher rank in the list of occupations preference. Some schools prefers businessmen or parents have their own biz ( self-employed)

No the schools never check your background so it is kind of more of a background preference but not a requirement.However, I don't think there would be any parents out there would like to LIE about their career just for the sake of getting into some schools.....

我都同意, 眼緣都幾緊要。
而且我成日諗, 老師係老師, 佢每日照顧咁多小朋友, 佢睇小朋友的行為, 留意的地方應該同我們普通人不同的。
