小朋友剛在tsl小一，班上平均有幾個小朋友是外國籍或mix(識中文的）我仔話小息都要說英語。加上他們大部分自小喜愛英文，老師上課教的英文terms，佢地唔會特別去譯返中文跟同學傾，所以語境是有的。

The NCS students % is not fixed but variable. No one has a crystal ball on the % of NCS in the future but the school is still very attractive to the NCS because of the support on learning Chinese language available to them.  Nowadays more NCS' parents prefer normal Chinese curriculum because of the growing importance of Chinese language globally.  The main concern for parents who are both non-Chinese is that they cannot provide a lot of support to their children in learning in Chinese.

上年問卷安排在等候小朋友期間派發，無時間限制，填好就交。

每年問題及形式未必一樣，我確信此校主要看重小朋友表現，唔需要太緊張份問卷而投放過量心思去預備。

nope.
all ncs have to study chinese lang (not basic chinese) same as the one that the local kids are taking.

the principal said ncs applicants would be assessed based on exactly the same chinese lang requirement as that for local kids hence he anticipated less nos of ncs would apply tsl this yr.

As far as I know, they are native speakers.  If you go to their school's open day, you will find it out.

Their teachers are not part-time.  Those who teach third languages also teach other subjects.

For 2016-17 P1 onwards, the Chinese Stream and the French Stream have been merged.  English and Chinese are the two core languages for all students, both Chinese and Non-Chinese.  In other words, both Chinese and Non-Chinese P1 applicants are considered together.  Third language policy remains the same as before.

Foreign students will still be accepted while they need to study in Chinese stream.  Third language (basic Japanese/basis French/ basis Spanish) will not be a core subject however.

我囝囝之前一路都未收到任一間second-in, 個心好焦急, 直至星期三睇TSL結果, 我入完資料按submit掣後, 對眼唔敢打開, 慢慢矇住嚟睇, 好似用對眼嚟甩牌咁
直至見到啲日期時間, 知道阿囝成功入圍, 嗰刻開心到想大嗌!
我阿囝係11月頭細b, 讀少少有名幼稚園, 面試完阿囝自稱話有2條中文唔識, 不過可信度都好大, 因為佢中文確係差啲。
所以有幸入圍真係好感動
