When was this email? Isn't he suspended and not expected to return to school?

According to today's SCMP, he is further suspended so that he can't talk to inspectors from Council of International Schools. Teachers are also prohibited from talking to parents and the media on the issue... Does not look good and I can't say I'm not worried.
