Pre-k唔係就係playgroup咩？如果有priority 咁playgroup仲有冇得報？

Not sure about Cheung Sha Wan, but for TST, the Sparklers & Climbers pre-k class is run by the YMCA's kindergarten while Toddler's World (寶寶世界) playgroup is run by the YMCA itself. You apply for them differently too.
