The most horrifying fact is that top primary students could be turned into very average students over the course of WYK/WYHK education.

OMG, my boss was old boy of 華仁 . He was graduated from world class top uinversity

Just gets worse over the years. 20 years ago, both WYs were top boys' schools in HK. Not now. For catholic schools, only St. Joe and LSC measure up. So sad.

I know WY old boys who choose Queen's, SPCC or international schools for their sons.

I, for one, won't make a school choice on this basis. People should always rely on one's own strength (實力) instead of some external unreliable assistance. I'd rather my kid becoming a 尖子 and go to HKU, Oxbridge, Harvard, MIT, Berkeley, etc., instead of desperately seeking help from alumni after getting appalling public exam results. Perhaps in the end getting admission to some 2nd/3rd tier universities.
