I am not sure, but SC provides a happy learning environment. My elder son studied there some years ago, and he enjoyed his school life in SC. He is now in P.2 and is capable to learn 兩文三語 / mathematics quite well in a well-known DSS. Overall, I am satified with SC.
p.s. We did not give him any tuition classes outside
