SC am wanna change to pm section

My girl has got a SC am offer, but we wanna to change to pm section.

Does anyone know what should I do?

Does anyone recall what we need to indicate in the application form (just am or pm or both? need to indicate preference in order or just tick the box?)

i called the school this afternoon, and was told to submit a letter on the date of registration, but not before that day.
I guess the chance for refusal of change (from am to pm, not vice versa) is low, right?
my girl also got KV pm offer, i want her to study pm section but i (at this moment) tend to prefer SC more. I dont' want to pay for registration fee for both SC and KV (need to register on the same date) coz really don't want to hold up the seats, know how other mama on waiting list feel due to PN application expericence.......  
any past application to change to pm section be rejected?
