I received a notice about use of swimming pool from school today.

I don't mind the $20/25 charge but don't understand the membership requirement at the annual fee of $200. This will only deter parents from using the pool.  They might consider raising the fees to $30/35 and waiving the annual membership. Simple things should not be made complicated.

旺角金輪做得唔錯, 可建議學校一次過將所有校服給金輪做.

But there is probably nothing anyone can do this year.

Just hope the weather is not too cold for the G1 students, whose parents are worrying most.

You are right.  It is the Education Ordinance now.

Actually, the relevant part of the law is laid out in the Regulations for this election posted by PTA in October.

Years ago when the Legco members discussed the issue, it was called [校本條例] 或 [校本管理條例] or something like that.
