My daughter is now in the Laguna Think PN class already and she starts studying there since 16 months in the English playgroup.   Her playgroup teacher is an Indian but speaks very good English with not much Indian accent.  She is very experienced in teaching children as she's been working there for many years.  The content of the lesson includes singing English songs and rhymes, story-telling, games, artwork, snack time, bubble time (sometimes) and birthday/christmas parties.  They will change the teaching topic every 2-3 months.  It does have age difference as my daughter had classmates which are 22 months or over while some are just 16 months.  But so far the children interacted quite well in her class.  Hope my experience helps you.
