Kinder U new course

Any comment on KinderU new course - Toddler's Rightmind Program for 18m+, it includes 1.5hr English and 1hr Mandarin, it seems like pre-nurse programme, my girl 2yrs old and want to join this one. HK$3400/mth for 3days a week, reasonable?
