No English Announcement about no school

From 7:00 to 9:00 this morning, I can't find any English "announcement" or "caption" about no school in TVB, TVB pearl, ATV and ATV world. Can anyone tell me the way to have the above information for foreign student?

You can find the following important announcement:

"Since all Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals have been cancelled, classes of all PM kindergartens will resume this afternoon. However, classes of whole-day kindergartens will remain suspended today. "
