If you buy NR, you have a higher priority to interview. But if you do not get the offer, you will get the money back.
I honestly don't think the interviewer(s) will know who has the NR. Since there is such a long waiting list for ESF schools, especially KJS, if you have a NR, it definitely helps to have a much higher priority to interview.
