國際基督教優質音樂中學暨小學

有沒有網友或子女就讀於優質音樂中學或小學？此校校風如何，有沒有好像精英班或差班(補底班)的制度？多不多無心向學的學生？

我個女讀緊小一, 我覺得好架, 校風都好架, d小朋友都唔係曳既, 功課量ok, 最少d小朋友自己可以handle 到, 老師愛心爆棚, 住我隔離既好仔, 今年係F3, 佢都係好乖, 唔曳果D人仔黎, 今年我就未聞有精英班咁果d野, but有次小學parent day, 校長講過plan 緊加建一層, 咁到時多左地方, 會實施小組上堂, 將d standard 咁上下既小朋友group埋一齊上堂咁, 暫時, 我對個女品行同ACADEMIC上面學到既野都好滿意

我個仔都係G1生，在音小讀左一個多學期，印象最深刻是老師循循善誘，對學生包容關懷，真係不可多得。校風淳樸，而且功課量合理，不會田鴨式教育，而且初小鼓勵閱讀認字，很少黙書。當然，對某些家長來說，可能過份寬鬆，但我認為學習並不是一味催谷，否則只會扼殺他的求知慾。另外音小著重音樂學習，有音樂欣賞、創作、器樂、合唱各方面的課堂，假如小朋友不大喜歡音樂，可能較吃力，我知3月30日會有個答問大會，如果有興趣可以去了解一下。

I just have attended the Q&A forum last year. I worry this school may be too protective to student. This may create a greenhouse effect and make them difficult to face a competitve community. This is only my personal feeling.

Thank you for your sharing.  I don't know how the environment and atmosphere of other schools are as my son is the eldest child I have and I haven't come across other friends telling me about that before.  Anyway, to survive in a competitive society like HK, the fundamental merits of children needed to be cultivated, not to mention IQ, is EQ and AQ.  I guess the virtues of the Bible help teaching children of such necessary surviving techniques.  Of course, we parents need to watch out and play the coaching role all the time.

由於此學校是私立學校，老師的人工應該比津校少，保障更少；那麼，老師的流動性大不大？離職率是否很高？
