There is 1 in Sham Tseng and 1 in HK Island at Parkview (陽明山莊), my younger son used to study in Sham Tseng, the international class 3 years ago.  The class size quite small around 5 to 6 kids, therefore techers pay a lot of attention to the kids. My son quite enjoyed studying there, the chance got admitted to ESF is quite high during that time (I am not sure now), as far as I know 4 out 5 classmates are in ESF primary now.

what's ESF primary? what's yr comment about the school in view of teacher, environment, language standard(english & mandarin) and the class?

Parkview is the brother kindergarten of HK Preschool.  HKPreschool will move soon to Kowloon Station and merge to Parkview Kindergarten.

PIPS at Rhine Garden has changed to be non-profit making and the fee of mainstream class has been changed to allow using the $10K education voucher.
