keen mind 接電話的staff態度很差

我打電話去keen mind問野, 接電話的staff很負氣, 很不耐煩 ... 有冇人知接電話的staff會不會是老師?

I think every kinder may have this case. I remember that when I was too late to get application form for 07 K1 from one of famous kinders. The reception also very impolite to telll me "no form lor wor...."
So, it is the staff problem, not the teacher and not the school.

My son is in K1 in KM. I also find one of the staff of the General Office quite impolite sometimes. She is definitely not the teacher! Don't worry!

我記得之前打過兩次電話去Keen Mind,一次係本地女人接,另一次係外藉人接聽,so far 都好有禮貌,放心la,我估係純粹個人問題
