For the central distribution, you need to submit the form in Sep.  Announcement will be in mid Nov.  if first round failed, you need to submit the 2nd round application in Jan.  then result comes in Jun.

To apply private schools, you need to follow their own schedule ie most of them accept applications starting late Aug.  Interview used to happen in Sep - Oct.  You should have result before mid Nov because you need to decide if you prefer the 1st round result or remain at private school.
